Shipment Policy:

What is the delivery time of order?
Delivery time is within 1 weeks. Your order will be delivered on or before the estimated delivery dates. You may also track order through the order history or You may also track your order through our logistics partners website using details or airway/shipping bill number once the product is shipped.

How can I Track my order to know where is it?
You will be provided the tracking details in the confirmation email of your order.

How can I modify my order that I have placed?
Once placed you can modify the order within 12 hours.

What is the time limit for Order cancellation?
Orders can be cancelled before it is fulfilled.

Can I change delivery address?
Yes, before fulfilment our assistant will change the address for you but once its fulfilled, we have to check it with our logistics partner can they deliver to revised address.

How do I get Order confirmed?
A Notifications through mail or sms will be send along with complete details.

What If we need Early delivery?
Yes, It can be done by paying extra charges.


Return Policy:

How can I initiate return?
You will have to mention reasons for return along with order number confirmation from email or phone number. In some cases due to different policy, we will advice you on next step.

In case you find your order damaged kindly share images of it via Email.


What is the Time period for return?
Products can be returned with in 7 days, if product received is as described, defective & damaged when reviewed.

In which cases return is not possible?
Once timeline lapsed. Products worn, washed or tampered used mandated by us.

What are the requirements for the return of product?
Enclose the product in original condition and packaging in original box/packing. Remember we can't afford return on missing order number, labels or seals tampered - so be extra careful. Also in case of self courier returns email us proof of dispatch the slip/airway bill along with name of destination and courier company.

Can I get replacement for the product ordered?
We can replace the product ordered within 12 hours of your order. After timeline lapsed you can request a return and place a separate order for the new products you want to order.


Can  I return a part of my order?
Yes you can. Just select the products you want to return and initiate the return right away. You should know we can't accept the returns of incomplete product combos. For example buy one get one free combos, free gifts etc.


When I'm returning a product, do I have to return free gift with it as well?
Yes, all freebies/gifts that you received will need to be returned along with original products. Scheme related product may or may not be returned depending upon the sales schemes.


If free gift or product under schemes is damaged?
Please get in touch and we will resolve it for you. Raise a complaint also in stipulated time period.


What is the Pick-up process for the return of a product?
Once you have made return request with us, a pick-up will be arranged in 3 working days. A pick-up will be initiated after the return request approval only. Sometimes return may delay due to long distance too.


How to Track the status of the product to be returned?
Once the return request is approved, you will receive a sms notification that contain the tracking number. You can use it to track your return on our logistic partners website.


Why has my return request been rejected?
It's unfortunate but the reasons don't comply with our return policy.


If the product I have received is not what I ordered. How do I replace it?
If your order or a part of it does not match the product description. we'll look into it right away. You can initiate a return request through order history with details.


What is the Mode of payments for return?
All orders are credited back to account/card used to place the original order in case of prepaid orders. if you have placed COD order we will transfer the money via Easy Paisa or your bank account only .


What are the details for wire transfer for refunded amount?

Refunds to third party cannot be processed. so make sure right name and bank details are mandatory.


How will our Refund be initiated?
You will have to ask.We'll send you notifications confirming the initiation of refund which will reach in a weeks time at least.
